The 410 Aluminum 10 ft. Step Ladder has a duty rating of 375 lbs. and features heavy gauge TOOL-TRA-TOP. All steps are knee braced and the TRACTION-TRED steps are slip resistant. The rear rail is a full U channel and a full set of rear horizontals are spaced 1 per ft. The 14 ft. and 16 ft. models carry a duty rating of 300 lbs.
