When the trigger is released, The brake brings the wheel to a stop in two seconds or less. When a wheel pinch is detected, The E-Clutch System automatically shuts down the motor. These 2 features quickly work together to shut the tool down without user interaction, called the Kickback Brake. Additionally, the grinder features a One-Touch Guard, which allows for single-action adjustments to change guard position. The DCB230C includes a 3.0 Amp Hour Lithium-Ion battery pack and charger. 3.0 Ah capacity provides run time needed for high demand applications. This pack charges in 45-minutes or less.
