4. preparing BOQ for renovation work by the civil engineer or quantity surveyor
4. soil testing (conducted by M.Sc Holder). the report will be given by the professor of University of Moratuwa.
5. Architectural designing & drawing for homes & apartments by chartered architecture
6. Structural designing & drawing for homes & apartments by chartered engineer
7. 3d designing for homes & apartments
