Advantages

Highly economical.Lime can be added to mortar preparation.Can be applied against live water infiltration.Can be used internally and externally.Suitable for contact with potable water.Does not loose its properties in case of freeze, and can be normally used after thawing.
Application

ADD 1 is mixed with water thoroughly (the amount of water = 17 x the weight of the product). Dry cement batch is to be mixed with this mixture to the consistency required. Avoid adding ADD 1 to ready mixed mortar. To avoid cracks on stucco and screeds, normal wetting application is required during loading.

General Waterproofing Admixture

The addition of ADD 1 to all types of mortar will increase the resistance to water damage due to frost and efflorescence. Dilution: 1:10 with the gauging water.

Cleaning Of The Tools

The equipment can be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Consumption

150 g ADD 1 is used for 1 m2 stucco with 1 cm thickness.
For example: 30 kg ADD 1 is used for 100 m2 stucco with 2 cm thickness.
As a general waterproofing admixture: 1.5 kg for 50 kg of cement

Storage and Shelf Life

Must be stored in a cool, dry elevated place and protected from high humidity.
