Nippolac Kitchen & Bathroom Paint

DESCRIPTION A high quality, mid sheen Acrylic paint with protection against fungal
and algal growth, splashing of water, detergents and soap having
excellent Mildew protection. It has resistance to conditions of high
humidity, frequent temperature changes, condensed vapor and poor
air circulation which promote mildew growth and paint deterioration.
Recommended for Schools, Hospitals and Hotels, this mildew-free finish
remains bright.

APPLICATION DATA
METHOD Roller , brush, air and airless spray
THEORETICAL COVERAGE 12-15 m2
/liter at dry film thickness of 30 microns
(Based on white colour) The actual coverage will depend on the surface texture
PREPARATION OF PAINT Stir well so that it is uniformly mixed.
Avoid excessive thinning.
DILUTION Use clean water ( 10 % by volume)
SURFACE PREPARATION Clean the surface by removing chalk dust, dirt, oil, carbon particles and
any other foreign matter. Wipe the surface thoroughly before applying
paint. Wash with mild detergent and water for old painted surfaces.

DRYING TIME Touch Dry 10 -15 minutes at 30 oC ± 2 oC and RH 65 % ± 5%
Recoating 1 hour at 30 oC ± 2 oC and RH 65 % ± 5%
RECOMMENDED UNDER Nippolac Acrylic Filler, Nippolac Acrylic Wall Filler,
COAT To waterproof the surface, apply two coats of Nippolac Waterproofing
compound before applying Nippolac Kitchen & Bathroom paint.
CLEANING All equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

STORAGE Store in secure dry conditions inaccessible to children and animals. Containers
should be kept tightly closed during storage. Avoid spillage and contamination.
Do not empty into drains or water courses.
PRECAUTIONS Ensure good ventilation during application and drying of paint. Avoid direct
contact with sensitive skin. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
